Children’s safety

  • Our aim is to provide a positive learning experience that inspires both tutors and students. 
  • Children's safety is our utmost priority on this platform. 
  • All users must adhere to our Charter of Behaviour and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of our platform.
  • We kindly ask you to read our Charter of Behaviour which outlines the main principles of functioning of our platform.
  • We ensure that access to our platform is password protected and only verified students and tutors can enter our classrooms.
  • We do background checks on all our students and tutors.
  • Our virtual classroom is set up with an option for the Administrator (acting as Responsible Adult for Safeguarding) to enter the lesson at any point to observe a segment of a lesson. The Administrator has the right to terminate the class.
  • To ensure the safety of our users all lessons are recorded for 30 days. The recording serves as evidence should any concern about behaviour or safeguarding during the lessons be raised.
  • Recordings are only available to school Administrators.
  • If the tutor or student is encountering any uncomfortable situation, we encourage him/her to leave the class and contact the Administrator immediately. We will investigate the reasons for concerns and review the recordings. 
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of both students and tutors.
