To become a tutor at Baloo Academy, please fill out the application form on this page. This will help us get to know you better and understand your motivation and interest in teaching English. We will review your application, and if approved, we will send you instructions on how to use our platform. Additionally, we will schedule a video call with you to explain our system and provide access to our teaching resources.
In addition to basic information about yourself (name, contact details, language level, etc.), we also require three important things:
1. Your Photo
Please attach a recent photo of yourself in the designated area.
2. A Short Video About Yourself
Record a short video on your phone or camera where you introduce yourself in English, sharing details about your hobbies or plans. The maximum length is 1 minute. You can check the "Meet Our Tutors" section on our website for examples. Please upload the video to a platform of your choice (e.g., YouTube, Google Drive, etc.) and share the link with us. If this is not possible, don't worry, just tick the appropriate box in the form.
3. A Brief Motivation Letter
Lessons at our academy are part of an important international humanitarian project. We need to ensure your desire to teach is genuine and sincere, as we don’t want to waste either your time or ours.
